Free text descriptions of customer complaints, breach reports, incident logs and issue reports are captured in ever-growing vast databases. Traditionally the text is only used by those immediately involved in remediating the particular complaint, breach, incident and issue. Rarely, is the free text used to glean systemic or thematic problems.

To address this, we’ve developed advanced Ai LLM (Ai Large Language Model) analytic processing tools that sift through, dissect, and analyse vast amounts of unstructured free text data to uncover systemic and recurring themes, so they can be addressed holistically through root cause analysis.

To showcase our capabilities on public data, we utilised our Ai LLM Toolkit to analyse tens of thousands of free text Glassdoor reviews for different industry groups from 2013-2023. Our Ai capabilities quickly distilled the key themes in mere minutes – a process that traditionally would have required significant manual effort. Our contribution was critically used in Interpreting the output for remediation and rendering these insights in clear engaging data visualisations.
